NO WAY! I DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD A DA!
First off, thank you for the favorite! It means the world!
Second, I know this sounds super cheesy, but you're actually one of the writers who helped me come out of my shell a bit and start exploring TF fiction myself! Seeing you looking at my work really does mean a lot, especially as someone who's read your stories for a while now and really loves them! So thank you thank you THANK YOU! Please keep up with your writing, it's amazing and I'm absolutely certain I'm not the only one who would keep reading them!
Hah, thank you so much as well! It is always cool find out that people I follow were influenced by my work! :D
hey, just read your shared identity story, and I think that if it was actually possible in this day and age, I would definitely be interested in getting a suit like the one in the story. reason is I suffer from several similar issues to keegan, and am not affected by medical scientific evidence. even the medicines I take do nothing to help. so something like a sentient costume that can interface with the human mind just by being worn, and can help with anxiety, depression, and distress, sounds like a immense improvement in Healthcare. I was wondering if it is truly possible for something similar to work in this day and age.
Oh trust me, I wish that this kind of stuff was possible too. Thanks!
Have to ask are you still around? You did some pretty good stories.
I'm trying to see if I can become active again, though I don't have anything to post yet. Thanks for asking! ^^
Um...pardon me. Hi Transryu. Love your work, and I used to read it all the time when I was younger(and generally had more time on my hands.)
But, I had a question that's...pretty much always bothered me?
In The-Second-Identity's setting information, it explains very explicitly that the costumes are 'sexless' and 'adopt the gender of their wearer' (except in specific cases when the costume was modled after a specific creature, in which case it can only be worn by someone of a specific gender.)
I understand that this block was written well before 'modern' gender theory became popularized and ultimately introduced the 'gender(mental) sex(physical' definition split, so I believe Alimar was refferring the physical sexes of the creatures and the wearers. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
So, what I'm ultimately asking is, "Can the suits Drethan makes change the physical sex of the wearer as they change them into other creatures, assuming an adequate amount of wishes and desires are present in the wearer? Would for example a sexless suit, worm by a transwoman, turn them into a female version of whatever creature it is, and/or would a 'specific male creature' accept a transman and change them?"
